Capital Lawyers has demonstrated its commitment to fighting harder than other lawyers on many occasions such as when we successfully pursued a case in the Federal Court of Australia to overturn the new and harsh Criminal Injuries Compensation laws which had the unfair consequence of retrospectively extinguising the rights of injured people. We were the only law firm in the Australian Capital Territory to manage these appeals.
