“Michael first commenced legal practice as an article clerk in 1960 and was admitted to practice in 1966. Since that time, he has worked for a number of law firms in Canberra and Sydney (including his own as managing partner) as well as in the public and private sectors for companies such as Esso Standard Oil (Australia) Ltd, Totalcare Industries Ltd, the University of Canberra and the University of Technology Sydney.
Michael has also lectured in law at the Australian National University and the College of Law.
Michael has extensive experience and knowledge about commercial law including property law, contract law, employment law, intellectual property, dispute resolution and litigation.
Michael is an honorary life member of the Law Society of New South Wales and he has served as a Councillor for the ACT Law Society. |
